How to Shop

Shopping. The hardest decision at Red Swagger will be deciding which product to choose first. To purchase a product:

Select Men, Women or Accessories from the top navigation bar and then select from either shop by brand or by category.

Click on one of the small images - This will take you to the product detail.

To get a better look at an item: either click on the image of the product or select the link that says "ZOOM/MORE IMAGES."

To add the item to your shopping bag, select your size and click on the "add to bag" button (Nothing is ordered yet and you can back out anytime).

From this point, you can continue shopping by selecting the "back" button or "continue shopping" button, or select a shopping category from the top navigation bar - Men, Women or Accessories.

To Modify your shopping bag, select "view bag" located on every page in the top right hand corner. To remove an item, select "remove" button on your shopping bag page. After making any changes to a size or quantity, click the 'Recalculate' button at the bottom of the shopping bag page before clicking on 'Checkout'.

Once you've added all of your products you want, go to the shopping bag page by selecting "view bag " located on the top right side and then select "check out."

Next you will be asked for your order information, billing address, shipping address, credit card info, etc.

After your order has been submitted, a confirmation page will appear with your order number, and you will receive an email confirming your order has been received and is being processed.

IMPORTANT: To ensure you receive our e-mails, please add customerservice@redswagger.com to your address book or safe list.

For USA GROUND SHIPPING (except for Alaska & Hawaii): Please allow up to 14 business days.

Change Your Order/Address

If you find that a mistake was made at any point during the order process and that a change must be made, please contact customer service immediately after placing the order. However, changes to an order are not guaranteed due to our auto-approval process, and an order cannot be changed once it is processed at our warehouse, so please be mindful of the color, size and other specifications of the item while placing the order. Will you ship internationally (outside USA) or Canada?

Currently, we ship to the USA only. - Sorry, we do not ship Internationally or to Canada.


What if the item doesn't fit or I don’t like it?

Redswagger.com wants you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your return or exchange merchandise within 14 DAYS after receipt so long as the item(s) are in the original condition. Please send your return/exchange merchandise, insured, along with a printed version of the email confirmation you received when you placed your order to: Red Swagger - 445 E FM 1382 Ste. 3 PMB 216 Cedar Hill, TX 75104. And drop it at any local Fed Ex or USA store location.

Available USA sizing information is indicated on each item. We remove all out-of-stock sizes. If for some reason you order an item that is out-of-stock, we will contact you so you can make another selection. How can I find a product?

Red Swagger makes it easy to find the product of your choice, or to simply browse all of the available products. The easiest way to find your styles is to select a Men, Women or Accessories and then view all of the products by brand or by category. When you want to view a larger image of a product, simply click on it. To order a product, click the "add to bag" button.

How do I check out?

Once you've added all of your products you want, select "view bag" location on the top bar on every page and select "check out" button at the bottom of the page.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Redswagger.com wants you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your return or exchange merchandise within 14 DAYS after you've received your order so long as the items are in the original condition with the tags and in the box and/or packaging.

Please send your return/exchange merchandise, insured, along with a printed version of the email confirmation you received when you placed your order to:

Our Return/Exchange Policy:

You may return or exchange an item within the first 14 DAYS after you've received your order so long as the items are in the original condition for a full refund, this excludes sale items.

Returns will be refunded after the warehouse has inspected items and declares the items are in their original condition.

Products must be in the condition you received them with the original tags and in the intact original box and/or packaging.

Items worn, with stains cannot be returned. If you do ship such items, Red Swagger will not be responsible for processing and returning such items. Sorry, we cannot take returns on worn items.

Please make sure to insure your shipment & record your tracking number because we cannot issue an exchange or refund until our warehouse confirms receipt. If the warehouse does not confirm receipt, then you may need to track your package to check the status. We are not responsible for lost packages.

No returns or exchanges are available for sale items.

Shipping & handling is not refundable for returns.

Gift Certificates are not refundable.

You will be responsible for the freight charges unless you have received damaged goods. If you have received damaged goods, please email our customer service at customerservice@redswagger.com and we will respond with the appropriate return instructions. Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they cannot be accepted.

All returns will be credited to the original credit card used.

Returns and exchanges will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our warehouse receiving your item, unless the exchange requested is on backorder.

Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your statement.


Price Adjustment Policy

Red Swagger offers a one time price adjustment for orders which have been returned within 14 days after you've received your order. All returns will be credited to the original credit card used.
